Welcome to Sketchy ("we", "our", or "us"), developed by DeltaTech App Team. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our users, especially children and families. This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile application collects, uses, and safeguards information when you use Sketchy on iOS (Apple App Store) and Android (Google Play Store).

Sketchy is designed for children and families. Protecting children's privacy is of paramount importance:

- No Direct Personal Information Collection from Children: We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or store personal information (such as real names, home addresses, phone numbers, or school names) from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Union).

- Parental Consent & Controls: Account creation, purchase flows, and external links are intended to be managed by parents or legal guardians.

A. Information Stored Locally on Your Device:

- Drawings, Progress, and Artwork: Your sketches, coloring progress, and custom artwork are stored locally on your device via local storage engines (Hive/Shared Preferences).

- Saved Images: If you choose to export or save artwork to your device's photo gallery, the image is written directly to your local device storage.

B. Device & Hardware Access (Permissions):

- Camera Access: Sketchy may request camera permissions solely to provide interactive augmented reality (AR) tracing and guided drawing features. Camera streams are processed live on-device in real-time. We never record, upload, store, or transmit your camera video feed or photos to any remote server.

- Photo Library / Storage: Access is requested only when you choose to save exported drawings or load images into your canvas.

C. Account & Authentication Information (Optional):

- If you sign in (e.g., via Supabase backend authentication), we store basic credentials (email or anonymous authentication token) to sync your subscription status across devices.

D. Purchase & Subscription Data:

- In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed directly by Apple App Store (StoreKit) or Google Play Store (Google Play Billing) via RevenueCat.

- We do not collect or store your credit card details or financial information. We only receive an anonymous purchase receipt/token to activate your Pro features.

E. Advertising & Analytics Data:

- If third-party ad networks (such as Google AdMob) or crash reporting tools are enabled, they may collect non-identifiable technical data (such as device model, OS version, general region, and app crash logs).

- Child-Directed Advertising: On versions/features intended for children, ad requests are configured in compliance with Google Play Families Policy and Apple App Store Kids Category guidelines (ad tracking disabled / non-personalized contextual ads only).
